An Angel
She came down from Heaven
and whispered into a young girl’s ear;
“I am here for you always.
You are my flesh and blood.”
She came down from Heaven
and whispered into a young man’s ear;
“I am here for you always.
You gave me a family of my own.”
An angel named Alina
was gone before her time.
She came down from Heaven
and whispered into her daughter’s ear;
“For all who can not see the beauty within you,
I will always be their eyes.”
She came down from Heaven
and whispered into her husband’s ear;
“For all those who can not see your strength,
I will forever guide their way.”
An angel named Alina
has left a loving family behind.
She came down from Heaven
and whispered into a teenager’s ear;
“You, my precious, will be all right,
because I am always by your side.”
She came down from Heaven
and whispered into a widower’s ear;
“You, my darling, have no need to cry,
now that you’ve found someone new.”
An angel named Alina
has followed the golden light.

My Special Angel
She’s always watching over me,
I feel her presence near,
She’s always here to listen,
And guide me through my fears.
She’s a very special angel,
One God choose just for me,
She was once my Mom here on earth,
But that wasn’t long to be.
God called her home one night,
My fear and rage did see the,
If He were a loving God,
Why take my Mom from me.
But in time I saw the plan,
He unveiled for me to see,
He had taken my Mom away,
But He gave her back to me.
There was only one thing different,
About this wondrous thing,
She just traded her faded house-dress,
For a halo and snow white wings.

Friends are Like Angels
Our friends are like angels,
Who brighten our days.
In all kinds of wonderful,
ways.
Their thoughtfulness comes,
As a gift from above.
And we feel we’re surrounded,
By warm, caring love.
Like upside-down rainbows,
Their smiles bring the sun.
And they fill ho-hum moments,
With laughter & fun.
Friends are like angels,
without any wings.

Air And Angels
Twice or thrice had I loved thee,
Before I knew thy face or name,
So in a voice, so in a shapeless flame,
Angels affect us oft, and worship’d be;
Still when, to where thou wert, I came,
Some lovely glorious nothing I did see.
But since my soul, whose child love is,
Takes limbs of flesh, and else could nothing do,
More subtile than the parent is,
Love must not be, but take a body too,
And therefore what thou wert, and who,
I bid Love ask, and now
That it assume thy body, I allow,
And fix itself in thy lip, eye, and brow.
Whilst thus to ballast love, I thought,
And so more steadily to have gone,
With wares which would sink admiration,
I saw, I had love’s pinnace overfraught,
Ev’ry thy hair for love to work upon
Is much too much, some fitter must be sought;
For, nor in nothing, nor in things
Extreme, and scatt’ring bright, can love inhere;
Then as an Angel, face, and wings
Of air, not pure as it, yet pure doth wear,
So thy love may be my loves sphere;
Just such disparity
As is twixt Air and Angels’ purity,
‘Twixt women’s love, and men’s will ever be.
With the most precious things.

Angles Dressed In White
As I was dreaming one night,
I saw Angels dressed in white.
Flying slowly through the air,
The Angels were saying a prayer.
Bless this one dear Lord,
One day she will get her reward.
She will receive her Angel wings,
And join us as we sing.
She will be a strong one you see,
With her wings she will be free.
To find the one who needs her most,
This new Angel will stay very close.
To help and guide them through,
Could this Angel be for you.

I see you laying there not an word or an song
Coming from your lips ,
There is only slience and the sound of your heart beat ,
I touch your hands hoping you may give me
Squeeze,
but I feel nothing as you sleep,
But I ask myself could I have loved you more,
Is this just an bad dream that does not go
Away,
For I only feel sadness and pain,
to know that God is taken you away
I ask myself why? can he not find another
Angel and leave you here with me,
I know that we must say good-bye
and that God waits at the other end,
So spread your wings and feel the breeze for
An angel in heavan is what you shall be,
For someday my love we shall meet
For an angel in heavan is what you shall be,
The angel I must set free….
