The time which we cannot forget in all of our life is school time because it is a time when only toys are broken not our hearts. People get very touchy with their schools like school teachers, friends, employees, building etc they wish that they never left school in their life but its life. School poems remember us our schools days and we get emotional after reading these poems because we see those days in them.

The School Day Begins
It’s Monday morning at 7:01.
You’re still half asleep; your homework’s half done.
Your shower is cold; your oatmeal’s dry.
Your mother forgets to kiss you good-bye.
You’re walking to school; it’s thirty degrees.
Your fingers won’t work; your toes and ears freeze.
Your zipper is stuck; your left sneaker squeaks.
Your backpack strap snaps; your soup thermos leaks.
You slip on school steps; you trip in the hall.
The toilet floods in the bathroom stall.
The gym door is locked; library’s the same.
The principal greets you by the wrong name.
Your classroom is hot; the coat rack is packed.
Your bean sprout is dead; your clay pot is cracked.
Your pencils are dull; the sharpener jams.
Your fingers get crunched when your desktop slams.
Your math partner’s gone; your neighbor is rude.
Your teacher’s again in a crabby mood.
The morning bell rings; it is 8:01.
Come cozy up to the whiteboard,
Another school day’s begun.

Going to school
Going to school
Having fun
Making friends
one by one
Going to class
Where I learn
All the knowledge
For which I yearn
Learning my numbers
123
Learning my letters

The Latest School
See the flying French depart
Like the bees of Bonaparte,
Swarming up with a most venomous vitality.
Over Baden and Bavaria,
And Brighton and Bulgaria,
Thus violating Belgian neutrality.
And the injured Prussian may
Not unreasonably say
“Why, it cannot be so small a nationality
Since Brixton and Batavia,
Bolivia and Belgravia,
Are bursting with the Belgian neutrality.”
By pure Alliteration
You may trace this curious nation,
And respect this somewhat scattered Principality;
When you see a B in Both
You may take your Bible oath
You are violating Belgian neutrality.

What is school like?
School is like a prison
We can’t leave,
School is like an island
We are all trapped,
School is like a pie
It is good at first until you reach the crust,
School is like a toilet
It is full of germs,
School is like a salad
You have to put something on it to make it better,
School is like a stupid cat
It never dies,
School is like a garbage truck
It smells, it’s big and you can here it from a mile away,
School is like a baby
It always needs your attention,
School is like a shark
It just keeps chasing,
School is like going to jail
You never want to go back,

School Rules
Do not oversleep and miss the school bus-
you’ll be late.
That’s a habit teachers generally
don’t appreciate.
Never tell your friends at school
that you still wet your bed.
They are sure to tease you,
and you’ll wish that you were dead.
Never call your teacher a name
when she’s not near you.
Teachers’ ears are excellent,
so they can always hear you.
Do not read a textbook when your hands
aren’t clean-it’s tricky
to separate the pages when the pages
get real sticky.
When you go out for a team
it’s always wise to practice.
When you are a substitute,
the bench can feel like cactus.
Do not copy homework from a friend
who is a dummy.
If you do, I’m sure that you
will get a grade that’s crummy.
And if your report card’s bad,
don’t blame it on your buddy.
Kiss up to your parents quick,
or they might make you study.

Examination
Exam Time
No time for play,
Or even to rest.
No time to watch television,
Favourite programmes are all gone.
No time to catch up with friends,
To send some SMS es.
No time to read a novel,
Or laze around with newspaper,
Google and Yahoo, a big Boo!
Orkut and Face book go kaput.
Now, intensive study time,
Grades are the deciding factor!
Other pleasures can wait,
A time for it all will come.
Study table strewn with books,
Time for revising over and over
Till the head spins round and round
Even in sleep, figures and facts haunt,
Exam Time.

School As a Family
I have an old friend from my
Clay High School Day’s
She came from my past and she now
joines me again now as family and too
as a friend again at last.
Our paths had not crossed since our
high school days many years ago
until now, you ask how and why? .
Never until now we went our seperate
roads in life we both became young
wives we each had children I choose
to have two.
God blessed her with three, and a set
of twin boys
I never want to go that route again
now that our lives have again been joined
as old friends its good to have my old
friend around again.
I’m so glad shes was found we both
have lost close loved ones along our
lives way I believe it was one of our
loved ones above that a lined Heavens
stars that our two oldest would meet
fall in love and then get married.
And now our friendship has been
doubled sealed we both became
grandmothers to a wonderful
little boy named Billy.
A little boy like no other I’m glad to
have my friend back in my life
at last to share our secrects of
the past.
I’m so glad your here again at last
